Today we take a drive on Karakurum highway, renowned as the highest paved border crossing in the World. We will see the following on our drive: Opal village is a 1 hour drive from Kashgar. It is a good location to take photos of village life and traditional activities like bread making and Uyghur food stalls. Half

Oytagh Red Mountain.
The mountain valley is surrounded by a beautiful backdrop of multi-coloured

of Urumqi: visit Heavenly
Lake. It lies on
snow-capped Mount Bogda at almost 2000 meters above sea level. The
sapphire-blue lake is set in deep slope of pine forests and meadows of
wild flowers where Kazak nomads camp. The views from the cruise boat are
breathtaking.
Drive back to Urumqi.
