Very useful changes in visas of Uzbekistan.

According to new laws of Uzbekistan tourists can obtain unified individual visa for 30 days. In the past there where three options which were for 7 days, 15 days and 30 days. The cost of the visa has been decreased up to 33% from 60USD to 40USD.

But this is not all we have. The group visas are issued for a group starting from 5 people. In the past to obtain a group visa you should had at least 10 people in your group.

If you are arriving to Uzbekistan with visas which are not started yet still you will be allowed to get in. The border officials will make changes on your visa right on spot.

If you need more entries on your visa you should pay $10 more for every entry. But this must be done before the issuance of the visa.

Experts expecting huge boost of Eco Tourism in Uzbekistan.

New flights from Istanbul to Samarkand

During the recent negotiations between presidents of Turkey and Uzbekistan held in Istnbul the sides agreed to launch a new flight between Istanbul, Turkey and Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
The first flight is scheduled to 16th of March. Experts considering this as a stimul to boost tourism business in Uzbekistan.

Famous Japanese film director Kyoshi Kurosowa arrived in Uzbekistan along with his team. During his visit to Uzbekistan he has been to Samarkand, Termez, Khiva and Bukhara.

Simplified visa regime for Turkish

Starting from 26th of October citizens of Turkey may obtain visa to Uzbekistan without LOI, Uzbekistan. From now on no visa invitation is needed and it takes 3 days to obtain a 30 days tourist visa.
One year multiple entry business visa will be issued within 3 days for the citizens of Turkey.

New hotel in Samarkand

A new hotel will be built in Samarkand. The brand new hotel will have 130 rooms with all amenities meeting highest international criteria.
The total amount of the projected is evaluated to be 20 million USD. The hotel will be built by the company «APEAS Engineering & Construction». The head of company held meetings with governer of Samarkand.
